Bicton this Weekend

As title really, just wondering if anyone competing, helping or watching at Bicton 2* this weekend? All the courses are looking amazing (from a sneaky look along the back lane....). I am soooo looking forward to it, always a good weekend

Im hoping to get there to watch but it depends on if any of my friends fancy it as I'm not allowed to drive with a dodgy ankle at the moment. Its a lovely course and looks like they've put loads of work in.

I'm in the 1* this weekend. Hoping the rain is all today and not tomorrow when I have my dressage!

Do you have to pay to get in? Am thinking about it but 4 hour round trip!

I think it is £10 a car but if you have a membership card then it should be free.

I think both the 1* and 2* start today and finish Sunday - Dressage Today and tomorrow and Showjumping and XC for the classes is on Sunday.

Hee hee! If mine was still at livery down at Bicton College I'd be popping along that back lane too for a quick peek!! Probably the blighter would've fancied joining in though, now THAT would have been interesting LOL, a great hairy mammoth hooning around like an idiot with a numpty on his back - he'd do it like a shot though if someone rattled his feed bowl t'other side of the jumps!

I'm so annoyed my riding club show clashes so I can't go! We went last year on the Sunday, it was a lovely day out even though it poured with rain. Bicton is a beautiful venue.
