Coming to a point now where I am seriously considering finding my filly a new home.
I have had so much bad luck recently and it has not been easy for many other reasons keeping her and her mum.
Mum is on a breeding loan to my friend till next year, but I feel that my filly would be better off with somebody who could spend much more time with her.
She was born on 23rd May 2005, she is by Dark Stranger, who is one of the best showing connemara stallions and out of mare that is related to Di Lampards Equity (SF). She is just under 15hh but should make 15.2hh easily.
She is very kind and easy to handle. She has been bitted, had saddle on and we have taken few times my friends niece on her back around a paddock. She is used to heavy London traffic, she loads without any problems and is really good in anything you want to do with her. And she is an excellent jumper with spot on confirmation. Virtually she is little gem and I was offered £2500 for her 3 months ago, but did not want to part with her. Now it is coming to a point where I beginning to feel I am not able to spend too much time with her and think maybe she would be better off with somebody who is looking for a horse for life and would have much more time for her. I do not know what to do for the best really.
When I split up with my now ex husband, I had to sell my stallion, my first horse I loved to death, but it worked out really well, because he has now a 5 * home for life and the person who bought him became a really close friend of mine. in fact she has the mother of my filly on loan to breed a foal related to the stallion. What do you think?

I think she is lovely, and if you dont think she is getting everything she needs then perhaps like you say you should sell her.

Of course this is only if you DO want to sell her, and are not just feeling a bit guilty and thinking worst case scenario.

she is very pretty Im sure you will have no problems finding her a home.

She's very sweet and I'm sure you would find a nice home for her. But don't rush into anything - things have a habit of working out. You might be able to find some more time somehow (hard I know), or maybe you could find someone, who is patient and would like a project, to do a share or loan? It would be a shame to part with her until you've explored all the options.
