OK, seriously, because the UK is so ill prepared, for your sakes I hope it doesn't, but lessons will be learned. You'll be ready for it next year, even if the LA's put their heads in the sand about it all and refuse to consider that it may just happen again.

PMSL @ "this Winter entering the Top 5 of coldest Winter's this century". There have only been 10 winters this century. Whoopeedo this winter will be in the top half of the "Coldest Winters" table.

I have a fizzy TB on trial for 2 weeks, end of week 1 and I still haven't been able to ride, and even when I do, she won't have been in regular work - I can't ask for a 2 month extension - this is a bloody nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would ask - lets face it the sellers would be in the same boat! No-one could come and view or ride her if there's still laods of snow.

I'd love it to continue until march.

My horses live out 24/7 and wet mild winters destroy the field. SOOOO much better having frozen ground! No mud!
