I was bought a pair of Rimfrost boots from xmas 08 they had approx 6 months use and split had them replaced under warranty and same has happened to the new pair and zip has broken too. So I have contacted MH as they are just out of warranty now about how disappointed I am with them and got quite a snotty reply tbh..
Apparently I returned them in a dirty state, I didn't but obviously they werent sparkling as being round horses they get muddy!!! And I clearly didn't follow the care booklet and for once I actually did!!
