I ordered some magnet boots yesterday. Last night the horse they were for (Hector) coliced and was PTS. I emailed PE this morning and they will cancel the order and refund my card.

Very sorry for your loss
I too have found them excellent. My 450g ripped but instead of sending it back, they said they would sell me a new rug (or other products of equivalent value) for £35 I got the rip repaired locally for £2 so a pretty great deal.

Yes agree; I've no idea how they manage to get stuff out to me so soon, but they somehow do!
