Here's Billy again! The tropical weather has been doing him some good (I'm just not that thrilled with the thunderstorms:eek:).

We focussed on the collection and more expression in his gaits. He's a quick learner and loves being praised! He was just a little bit too joyful and happy with himself and decided to practise his jumping over thin air.:rolleyes: He's a real character!

For the people who are interested, Billy is a 5 year old KWPN by Scandic x Gribaldi.

He is completely delicious and looks so happy in his work!

I hope you don't mind me saying, but I prefered him in his plain noseband :) He has such a beautiful head I think that one detracts from it..... sorry :o

@icestationzebra
I understand, people have different tastes. I love his bridle and I think it suits him, gives him more "power".

@rowy
Yeah, he's developed lovely! Really proud of him!

Nom nom Billy looks FAB!

To me, he looks like he is starting to use all of himself when you work him, as opposed to just parts of himself -really sitting under himself and using his back too. He is looking stronger and is such a testament to all your hard work. :)

Ps unusual to see you riding on grass, but good! My vet says that working always on surfaces is not good for horses legs, and I try to go work on grass too.

Super he's looking fab! Loving your matchy matchy too he looks super smart! Where did you get your bandages/saddlecloth from? They're great colours! :)

He is beautiful :D My favourite horse on here! I adore his saddle pad, can I ask where it is from? :)

Thanks! I got it from Divoza.nl

Thanks, he's much stronger than he was. Very happy with his progress!

I try and ride on grass at least once a week. I always think grass doesn't support as much, so Billy has to work more on his balance.

I've always thought how lovely he is but had NO idea he's only 5!!! Seriously??!

Yeah, he's just turned 5.

He is looking really fab! :D

And I love the new bridle, what make is it? It's lush :)

A Premiera Patent bridle, I love it as well!

Lovely photos.

Interesting to know how he's bred...love Gribaldi youngsters. I've heard they can be a handful at times? ;)

Haha, everyone says that about Gribaldi's, but thats definately not the truth. Billy is so sweet and wouldn't hurt a fly, he can get a bit to happy with himself sometimes (youngsters:rolleyes:), but he is as good as gold.

@ KatB
Yeah, it's a Uvex.
