Birchill Stud? Devon?

Hello. Does anybody have a number/email address for this stud? I recently bought a horse with this prefix and would be lovely to have more information on her.

I think she was owner by a V Smith? But on her passport it says a Mr J Hill?

I know this is pretty vague but if anybody knows anything I would love to know.
