My rising 6yr old very low mileage girl has been ridden in a loose ring losenge snaffle and goes fine, rides lovely in trot and works in an outline but when I ask for canter she throws her head up and tries to tank off! I have concentrated on her schooling but seem to be getting nowhere on the canter so was thinking of changing her bit to maybe a losenge gag with just one extra ring so see if this would keep her head down. Advice would really be appreciated as I don't have much experience in this field. Thanks
