My mare is currently in a loose ring snaffle, however although she is soft mouthed I feel like she resists the contact. She can become slightly strong when jumping and for flatwork she tends to try to bend away from the contact in walk and trot (she is fine in canter). I dont want to use a strong bit on her as I dont want to ruin her soft mouth but if anyone has any recommendations I would love to here them! (IT NEEDS TO BE BRITISH EVENTING LEGAL!)
