Ive been using a straight bar happy mouth for schooling but a d ring copper roller bit for outings and sometimes in the school and she went well in this and was very responsive and seemed to like it,not shaking her head or napping ,with the happy mouth bit she doesnt listen and it takes me a good 20 minutes including lunging to get her to listen and concentrate.When the d ring went missing my instructor said I should replace it with something milder as it was too severe, today I tried a hanging cheek french link but she shook her head and napped,Is there anything in between which would be worth a try? someone has mentioned a kimblewick?that seems quite heavy duty,any ideas?
