They were both really helpful.
Had advice from www.horsebitbank.com and the woman there was very helpful and knowledgeable, made some very good recommendations and took a lot of time to speak to me about my horse's needs.
I actually ordered from www.thehorsebitshop.co.uk and they were easy to deal with, the bit arrived quickly. It wasn't suitable so I sent it back - got refund organised no prblem. They phoned to confirm it had arrived etc etc. Good service and also very pleasant, didn't get advice from them though.
So basically - both very good, think you'd be safe with either
i ordered a bit from the horse bit shop on 9th April (Fri) emailed the following Tues to ask for an update on my order as they had taken payment but no bit had arrived yet. phoned on the Weds as no reply to email, shop not open on Weds so left a message. phoned late Thurs as still no response to email or voicemail and apparently the bit i ordered had come in that day so would be despatched that evening. still no bit as of today..
that was a bit of a rant, sorry! as with most retailers, they will have happy customers but i would not recommend them as i am not impressed with their lack of communication and that i still don't have my bit over a week after paying for it!
