OK, I have two questions for all you people out there who are clued up on bits.
Why is it when I look in H&H in the Dressage section that you see a fixed curb with a loose ring bradoon? What does this acheive?
I always thought you used a fixed curb with a fixed bradoon and the same applied to a loose combination.
Also I have a show horse who is very naughty and yanks down all the time and opens his mouth - thus making him evade the bit and is not being placed.
I have tried many diffrent bits but nothing seems to work, I am now thinking of using a crank on him to keep his gob shut BUT someone suggested a twisted bradoon might help with his yanking. What do you all think?
Thanks
