hi after my EDT visited my horse for his routine rasp ,he commented on how very narrow his mouth is (hes an anglo arab) and how little room he has for his big fat tongue, it got me thinking about his bit which is a single joint cheltenham gag . he came to me with this bit for fast work. (he was an eventer/team chaser/hunter .
he schools in a french link loose ring snaffle but does need extra brakes out hacking. anyway im thinking of changing his cheltenham to something that will be a bit kinder in his mouth but still give me brakes. what do you think about this http://www.horsebitbank.com/happy-mouth-roller-pessoa-dutch-553.phtml
