Bit Helpp??

I have been searching everywhere now for a rubber mullen mouth snaffle 5 1/4inch.
I bought 5 1/2 with bit rings but its still to big.
Is there anything else that I can try thats similar to this bit?
She only needs it for a couple of months untill she relises her own strength (but bonus to me if i can keep her in this bit).
I am going to be schooling her very soon (shes ex racer) so I wanted to carry on using the same bit as her previous owner.

I have tried all my local tack shops, robinsons, shires, ebay, the bit bank, equine clearance, the friday ad the lot. And I still can't seem to find one!

Do you think i can use the 5 1/2 with the bit rings for now? Im not heavy handed or anything. Or is there any other bits that I can try that will be similar to this one?

If not, I'd imagine a Sprenger Nathe Duo would be similar.....

Have you tried any American sites?

A friend was looking for a bit a couple of years ago (can't rmember what it was), but she sourced it from America.

What does the bit bank say re. an alternative in the right size?

I've been doing some reading on bits, but don't know enough to offer an opinion, sorry.
