Hi I'm having braking problems with my ISH out hunting and now hacking as well. I've been using a myler snaffle which has been fine and a pelham for hunting. He was fine in the pelham during cubbing but now he's feeling well he is evading and or grabbing hold of it and its not working! He is also opening his mouth and I can see he's crossing his jaw too. What noseband and bit would you recomend? He has his teeth done every 6 months by a proper equine dentist so no problems there. The other problem is that he's a x full size bridle so help on where I could buy would also be very helpful.

Thanks in advance

I would definitely give a grackle a try if he is crossing his jaw. Toto is in a myler combination and can get very strong in a drop when out hacking so we swapped to a grackle and he is a lot better. Ebay maybe worth a try to get a cheap one to try before buying an expensive one
