My pony's face is always hairy, small amount in summer and big amount in winter, what can i use that will get rid of all the hair?

I don't have any and not sure if anyone on the farm will do it for me, i was thinking shavers or something made for horses, really not sure

Either clip of use mane comb and scissors if you want a natural look. Just get a small pulling comb and go against the lie of the hair with the comb flat to skin and cut any hair that is longer than the comb. Hard to explain

i know what you mean, i'm scared of making it look a mess, making it go uneven and jagged

Do you not know anyone who you could borrow clippers from? If not then do as carthorse says - you can't really make it look a mess (honest, I have done it and I am no hairdresser! :) )

Do you mean the beardy bit underneath? If so I have some cheap human wahl human hair clippers (£10) that have the comb attachments, fab for blending beard to coat level. Or get thinning scissors, the ones that the blades look like two combs, pet shops sell them afaik. Pretty much impossible to get the hacked look with those.
