Bit of pampering for horses and me - what to do?

I sometimes suffer from aches and pains, nowhere that specific (maybe my back sometimes), I can just feel tired and like muscles ache after having done too much (I'll never learn).

I'm also thinking the horses might appreciate some sort of massage to, but I have no idea what would be best or where to look.

So, can anyone recommend for me and the horses something which will help us feel a bit better, take away aches, and leave us feeling all relaxed and pampered?

I'm in Cheshire, so if anyone know specific people to contact that would be useful.

Thanks.

A "quick fix" for yourself, would be to do some stretches morning and night, the morning ones will wake up your muscles, and the night ones will help with any kinks you acquired during the day, also get some exfoliating gloves and use them when you have a shower or bath.

For your horse, after riding, use a rubber curry comb in a circular motion (small circles, 2-3" in diameter) all over from neck to tail along his back, and down his shoulders and hips, use as much pressure as your horse will tolerate - and mind out for getting nipped, if he's anything like my bhoy! LOL then give him a regular brush over with a body brush.
