Bit of praise for Derby House!!

I know DH have got a bit of a reputation in relation to their delivery timescales but they've had some good offers on things I wanted recently and I've been more than pleasantly surprised by their efficiency.

Ordered two items, one quoted with 2-4 days delivery, arrived 2 days after ordering and they texted with a one hour timeslot so I wan't waiting around. The second item was quoted 7-10 days and arrived this morning 7 days after ordered.

Like I said, I know they get a bit of a slating from time to time but thought I'd share a positive experience....p.s. I am in no way connected to DH

I recently bought a turnout off them and it said 2-4 days and arrived in 2. . No problems at all :-D

i agree they are not that bad although the stuff i have brought from there is not the best of quality!!!

I personally have never had a problem with them. Love their rugs and winter boots!

I got some of their jods and they are brilliant quality - really pleased because they were about a 3rd of the price of a top branded pair

I placed an order on 5th January and STILL havent received it! First im told it will be instock on 3/2 now im told it will be 19/2 they really are a waste of time! Im only hanging on as the breeches I orederd are half the price of anywhere else!

My recent order arrived promptly but although the breeches are fine, the lovely warm fleecy yard boots didn't even last a week before they split and started leaking!

Im on day 7 tomorrow from ordering. I think it said 5 - 7 days so we shall see.

No praise from me. Not only did my items take a month to come and didn't get to me in time for Christmas, nobody phoned me back when they said they would and two emails that I sent complaining about their customer service went unanswered!
