Bit sizes ! I'm so confused !!

Basically my horse is still growing and his fulmer with cheeks which is a 5.5" is now too small as is pinching . What is the next size up ? I'm so confused as I hardly ever need to buy bits

Could try a 6" straight away rather than the .75 as sounds like you need it if the 5.5" is pinching.
