Is this actually possible? Having nightmare troubles with a horse I school for someone at the moment who is currently working at the lower levels. Tried many different bits and found a mullen mouth the best so far but after 10 mins of getting used to it his tongue re appeared. Now thinking if there is anything that does not apply pressure directly onto tongue/or very little pressure to see if this helps.

Obviously needs to be dressage legal.
Dentist did say to ride him in a headcollar/bitless to see if it is actually his mouth or a learnt habit.
