Bites, Lumps & Bumps - Vet Spray?

Hi, My youngster has had a new horse put in his field which is great as now he's got something he can play with but he's thin skined and i know they are only playing but the other horse seems to bite him hard which is causing him to come up in large lumps...the one on his neck is the size of my fist!!!
Someone told me about an Aloe Vera spray "Vet Spray" but i can't seem to find it anywhere.
Do you know of this spray she mentioned...is there such a thing which will help with lumps/bumps and horse bites?
This other horse hasn't broken my horses skin but has taken chunks of fur off in places.
My horse lets you touch the lumps, they aren't warm just raised and large!!!

If you cant find the spray you are looking for use Witchazel its very good for any bites stings knocks and bruises.

I found the Gold Label spray good for insect bites, very soothing.
