Biting!

My pony sometimes nips at everyone for no apparent reason - I mean you will just be stood there, and she will bite you &catch your skin &it HURTS!

What should I do if she bites me? - I usally give her a little tap, is that right?

give her a smack on the neck or the shoulder, but not on her face, as after time, she might get scared of her face being touched :S

Why ask for help and then reject it?

Here is mine for what it is worth. I would give a very loud "no" and a smack on the shoulder or neck.

Depends on the pony's age young or old. If young sharp slap on shoulder or neck with a loud NO get's through to them as that is what their betters do. If older you have problems

I'd raise my voice and make my posture quite big/agressive if and when they bite, and then be nice and calm when she is being nice and calm too .
