Hello another day another bitting question!!!!

Im currently using a 2 ring dutch gag with losenge. the reins are currently on the main ring but although she moves really nicely and is really light in it when schooling, when out hacking she is still quite strong and can tend to tuck the head in and go. Any one have an idea of something with a little more stopping power? shes not uncontrollable but im having to pull more than id like to stop her. ive alos got a myler comfort snaffle with a curb chain that doesnt seem to do any better! Thanks guys

H has a very strong neck and when he decides to go there is no stopping. The waterford worked well on him, stopped him leaning, until he bolted with me !!!!

We have been using the english version of the Tom Thumb with lozenge mouth piece and it is brilliant. I personally use 2 sets of reins, one on the snaffle and one on the lower shank, very rarely use lower reins, but I have got on so well with it, that when riding in company, others can canter ahead, and I can actually hold him back if I dont want to canter.

It is brillitant, just need to squeeze the lower rein and he listens.
