I use:
Bea has a KK lozenge loose ring for dressage hacking etc and a Neue Schule (sp?) universal to jump in.

Josh has a happy mouth fulmer snaffle for everything unless my sis is riding him in the school when he wears a waterford just to stop him leaning on her as she is novicey and he knows it and like to lean and sis struggles with it. However when myself or anyone else rides him hes in the snaffle and we have no bother with him.

My girl is in a French Link Lozenge snaffle for everything but showing and then she's in a Rugby Pelham.

Both my guys do everything in their loose ring waterfords, but will put a myler 32 in for some schooling and dressage comps.
Hattie also schools and goes cantering in a pelham (2 reins) as she shows and is a cow in particular fields.
Gyp will start about April time to school in a pelham for showing classes.

I've just switched to a mullen mouth rugby pelham, partly for showing and partly because he was pulling my arms out in a snaffle!
