Bitting clinic

needing some real assistance in getting and sorting the right bit for my pony - would be interested in a myler clinic - struggling to find someone who will spend a little time with me seeing the pony in the flesh (or watching a video) - all the bit shops i ring just want to keep posting or selling me bits.

Ive had teeth checked et all - needing a subject matter experts help - willing to travel a reasonable distance from north manchester

Any ideas or suggestions H&H people please?

Try contacting Gail from www.horsebithire.com she offers an excellent service and am sure if you have a chat with her she would look at a video of your horse in action.

Our riding club recently organised a yard visit where Gail and Diane came out and assessed our horses, offered advice and support and let us try a variety of bits from NS to Myler. For those of us who wanted to we could have them on a sale or return basis less hire charge for 31 days. All in all a great day was had and by grouping together it kept expenses down. Perhaps there is a company nearby who would offer a similar service.

I might add that a visit to the dentist and a new bit has made all the difference to my lad. Good luck.
