Need some help/ advice on bitting. It's a 13.2hh 6 year old jumping pony. She is only ridden in a fulmer snaffle normal noseband no flash. As last year jumping she need more help keeping her straight and steering. She is now jumping tracks of 1.05+ we now have the issue of turning and pulling her together. She is NOT stronge as in grabs the bit and pi** off. She's not a whizzy pony. However she is like a plank of wood turning and sometimes will lean on the bit. Obvisouly we are working her loads on the flat to help her. I feel she needs something different in her mouth. Something to pull her together however i dont want to stop her from going forward. Any advice?? If you watched her in the ring you wouldnt see a problem so probably making it sound worse than it is. Was thinking of NEUE SCHULE UNIVERSAL??
