Was at a SJ competition today, and saw one girl riding a horse in a double bridle... With roundings!

It probably worked for her and her horse? Don't suppose much reason beyond that is required surely

Imagine she didn't want 2 reins in her hand. But as Jesstickle says only the rider could answer as to why she chooses to do it

Horse is likely v strong and its the best combination for the rider to use. Not that strange IMHO.
