Bl**dy dogs pressurising me into taking them for a walk...

My two are just taking the p*ss at the moment

as I have been at home with them for the past 3 weeks - every time I get up off the sofa they are bounding around demanding I take them for a walk, even if they have just been out

They are getting a GOOD walk every day, whereas when I am at work they might just get a run around the paddocks if I am short of time, it just seems that the more exercise/attention I give them the more they demand

What can I do, short of strangling them?

Cant believe I am ranting about two dogs here

Thats cos he is a spangle and is too thick to do anything else

Well they are trouble free mostly.....unless they are chasing small fluffies....or arguing with each other.... or annoying me

Cats are just as bad. Mine have started that 'getting in your line of vision' thing as it is about an hour until dinner time. Everywhere I look there is a cat making it's presence felt: scratching on the chair with an eye over the shoulder to make sure I notice, jumping on and off the table in an obvious way, picking fights with each other to draw attention to themselves, washing theselves with so much noise you'd think they were chewing their own leg off. I wouldn't mind but you don't see them all day and then sudddenly: there they are!

Or clever enough to work out not to waste energy on pointless leaping around and instead save it for chasing rabbits

Hmmmm - I must feed mine too much I think, they have boundless energy for chasing rabbits - or chasing anything really

- so have no need to conserve it

Hanandhen I have just looked at your hangover woes - OMG you poor thing

At least if I go to bed my two just park themselves next to me on the bed and stay there

My three are outside running around warming themselves up for when mummy takes them out for a run lol, its fittening time for all of us now the weather is cooling down
