black boots brown saddle?

Black boots/brown tack is technically correct....but some of the big showing bods have started using brown boots- just to confuse the issue.

OK so am I right then in thinking its brown or black boots with tweed, but only black with black or navy jacket, regardless of tack colour??

If you are going to wear brown boots, only with tweed NEVER with Navy.
