Just a quickie!!

Does anyone know of any nice black lab puppies for sale in the devon area? Preferably a bitch? Temperament and health are most important, and it's for a pet home (experienced dog owner).

my mum has just sold all of her in glocuestershire, some people had driven 3 hrs+, apparently there is abit of a shortage at the mo! If you get really desperate I have a friend in west wales with some

If you are looking for a pup make sure parents are hip and elbow scored, with low scores
There is a post on here about a 15mo female looking for a home, bit of a hike away, but it is an option!

Try your local Labrador Rescue - they will know of dogs local to you

Hi thanks for the replies.

Yes there does seem to be a shortage of Black Lab pups at the moment. We have had a look on the KC website but no joy in the devon area, so perhaps my friend will have to travel a bit further!! He understands the hip and eye scoring system so no probs there. Think he wants a puppy so he can start from scratch and know it's full history.

We'll just keep searching!!
