This probably sounds like a strange question, but here goes!
My son has qualified for the WHP finals at Blair on Thursday, 23rd August and we would have planned to book a stable for the duration of the event (Wed - Sun) so that we could arrive in time, compete and then stay to enjoy the event with the Euro Champs.
However, sons school goes back on Wednesday, 22nd and father says he can't have any time off.... So, what I wondered was if I booked a stable but didn't take pony for WHP could we still get the lorry in on the Friday night to stay to Sunday or would our pass (and/or stable) be limited to one day/night? We'd still be paying for the stable and so contributing the event financially but would have somewhere to stay as have been told all B&B's in area are booked up.
Any thoughts if this would be possible and ok to do, or maybe there is likely to be a shortage of stables and we'd be unreasonable to book one and not use it? Want to make sure we do the right thing!
