Will cut to what you all want to know.. No i didn't get it! BUT after being there for about a hr, i'd decided that i didn't want it, even more so after the talk on signing contracts, and how you'd not be able to wear any other brand of clothing for the rest of the year, which is fair enough i know, but a scary thought if you grabed thw wrong coat out the lorry on a rainy day

.. How you'd be required to turn up at various equine events to mingle, all of which seemed to be miles from me!!! I can't explain it, but i got a bad feeling from it...

Anyway.. onto to the best bit!! riding the sexy L... too be honest, i was only nervous of riding infront of V, not any of the sponsor people.. but she was spot on in her description of L, he really is a Rolls Royce!!

I can't tell you how greatfull i am for taking him there.. I'll be up with the lorry to pick him up next weekend!

Its not so straightforward ,is it?
Best to be independent and answer to no one, we mostly do it for fun and you don't want to stop any of that.
I expect you enjoyed it and it was an honour to be invited.Well done

guys where eligible.. i was brought off the res. list to replace Daniel Sibley who pulled out for some reason..

I'm getting loads of lovely clothes from them from the winter collection, and then i get a whole load more when the spring/summer collection is launched

plus a load of horsey grooming products.. so not leaving empty handed!

Spot on.. the whole thought of it was better than the reality, if you get what i mean!!
I could have really done with the £500 towards training that the winners are getting, but the rest of it was all a bit scary and full on!!

Well done! You look super on Libs, and sounds like it was all good fun! And I dont think I wouldve wanted to have won that either, sounds like a bit of a hassle TBH. Still, all good publicity!!
 
Well done. Daniel has just started working at an event breeders yard in Cheshire, so as this was his first week I doubt she would allow him time off.
Don't know her name but sounds an impressive place...
I love the photo, but I recall when you came to ride Monty being very impressed with your skill at jumping a new and very difficult horse.. I would have been happy to lend you any of ours had it been feasible!

It was such an honour to have been picked as one of the final 4.. i hope i didn't sound ungreatfull in my origional post.. i only ment that the whole contract thing sounded a bit full on!!
 
This is I guess the only problem with being sponsored by someone!
Equally, you looked like you had a super time, brought back lots of goodies and best of all got to spend the day riding Liberty - oh and his highly entertaining owner
