I am looking at changing bedding at the moment - pretty much the same as everyone, trying to find ways to save the pennies! I have seen Bliss Bedding, and was wondering i anyone is using it/has tried it and what their feelings are about it. Please do PM me if you feel happier sending comments that way! Many thanks

I have been using Bliss since last summer. It took quite a bit of getting used to as I normally did a full muck out each day. However, it is very absorbent (my mare is very wet). I use a shavings fork and then hand pick (wearing rubber gloves). I do a full dig out once a week and top up with one bale.

I have another bale opened which I use to fill in any bare areas on a daily basis. All in all, I am pleased with it. I have rubber mats by the way.

We used to use Bliss but changed to Nedz beds as we found the smell of the stuff they spray on Bliss used to get right down the back of our throats

I've just started using it after being on the sundown red, as I couldn't get hold of any of the sundown any more.

I really like it; the smell is a bit irritating for the first day its down but goes quite quickly. The horse I have on it is on box rest at the moment and as such I am doing a full muck out each day, which they advise you not to do. However I take out between half to a full wheelbarrow a day, and I have been putting in one bale a week and still having a nice thick bed (obviously it was already established with a good 4/5 bales).

Yeh it's alright

I mix it with shavings (well actually I use sundown blue but practically the same) but can't tell you much about the mucking out because my girl lives out
