Blonde moment of the week?

Today after a fantastic lesson I rugged Elvis up and turned him back out, only to realise as he trotted off into the distance for a roll, that I hadn't done his surcingle's. Thankfully he let me catch him again and do them up. Who else has had a blonde moment so far this week?

Undid ponies rug, forgot she has leg straps on this new swanky rug so stood there at 4:30am before work tugging on this rug and wondering why it wasn't coming off couldn't for the life of me work it out. My well behaved girl just stood there quiet as a lamb whilst I eventually realised what I had done and was glad no one else is mad enough to be down the yard at this time.

Ticker: that's another one I've done before, and again like yours mine stands like a lamb whilst I'm faffing about his hind feet trying to undo the forgotten leg straps!

Not horsey but did make me chuckle, two days later still am TBH !!
Drove down the road to find a lady stuck across the lane in a new fiesta. Waited for a little while while she struggled, engine kept revving . Got out and walked over to see if she was ok. She said I cant get it into gear at all. I said perhaps try 2nd it should pull away alright . She tried a couple of times, I pointed out that she needed to put the clutch down. Cue one very red faced lady who normally drives an automatic
