Blonde question

Right this might sound silly but when is the best time of year to have a saddler out?? As they change shape all year I dont know when the best time is

Ive always fitted saddles myself (never had a prob with any of my boys

)
But want a decent one for Gimley, but would be on a budget.

Hmm a tough one really, horses change shape so much. My horse doesn't winter too well, she drops weight so I have a winter saddle for her, then spring/summer she fills out again, so have to change to my summer saddle!! I know all horses are different, but they only have to lose a bit of weight, gain a bit, muscle up a wee bit and hey presto, your saddle doesn't fit!! Nightmare!!!
