Bluddy Weather! How Dark Is It Today?

Got up and chucked the horses out a few hours ago and am now working myself up to going down to the yard to muck out and groom etc.

However, it is dark. The streetlights are on, the lights in the house are on and it is siling it down with rain. It's like 6 in the evening not lunchtime.

Stop me procastinating and give me a kick up the arse to get me moving please!

Same here in N Wales, hoping its going to stop raining by 1 as Gareth is riding and doing polocross practice, and horsey hates the rain, she bungs her head down and ears go back gives me a look that says please take me back to my bed and put my rug back on!!!!!!! nesh mare.........

Pretty dark - alarm went off at 7.30am and I thought it had made a mistake... sadly not! Feel like a bit of a drowned rat, now have to make myself look presentable for some people who are viewing my beetle.

Fields are just sodden now - one seems to have sprung a spring which is flowing merrily down the path

I think I have sent the rain your way! Its brightening up here (just south of Doncaster) but the very black cloud is heading north west. I'll send the bright weather your way too, so it might be better for you later this afternoon

it hasn't really got light yet; I rode out and got soaked but decided i really did want to as i won't get another ride until next weekend. Then i left her in as she is being clipped this afternoon and she needed to dry off. One very cross mare...all her friends are out!

Its still chucking it down here very dark and the weather is interefing with the TV signal..grrr...so glad my moose is all warm and dry in her bed

I have just watched a Black and White John Wayne movie on BBC2 ...... there now I have admitted it.
