H is fine on the right rein,but on the left he has learnt the neat trick of dropping behind the bridle every other stride causing a nodding like action(if that best describes it?)
I have tried riding him really well into the contact,holding reins firmly so that when he does it there is nothing for him to drop behind,even put him back in a cavesson today to see if it helped(hell no,he murdered my arms crossing his jaw,i won in the end and he gave in and softened,he is a stubborn ass when he wants to be,lol,however my arms felt like lead
)
Just bloody frustrating as his right rein is shite not the left and he is trotting beautifully on the right??
All his checks have been done,just think he has found a way to avoid working properly into the contact on that particular rein and i have no idea how to stop it??
Any advice be appreciated,thanx in advance for reading
