body protectors

hi - does anyone know if its become a legal requirement to wear a body protector in a pony club level hunter trial? im competeing on sunday at one and a friend said i have to wear one?it doesnt mention it on the schedule, and have tried 2 ring them for info but no reply atm. tbh i shud b weraing one anyway i know but have lent mine to a friend and wont have it bak by then, does anyone know?thanks

If your pony club member definately is, check the rules, most xc courses wont let u round without one

no im not a member, its just a pc branch hunter trail, it just doesnt say anywher on schedule about it
