Fantastic result for Jade, well done her. Nice to see yet another 3-day this year that didn't remain a dressage competition. Did you see how close the team result was between Germany and France for 1st and 2nd?!

Yeah, very pleased for Jade. Ian, Dee and Sian as well.

Did not notice how close it was till you mentioned it! Less than one point! Both shall be very strong for the European Championships next year.

Havent had much of a chance to keep up with it but there seem to have been an awful lot of xc clear rounds with huge amounts of time faults (apart from the top few)...was the course (ground) paricularly bad??

well done to the Brits though (particularly Sarah and Cal

Am particularly pleased that the beloved peaceful warrior has clearly suffered no ill effects from fall at Burghley and also that mary did well. She is very deserving of her successes.

Happy for Nico: Won Malmö with Galan, now Boekelo with Tatchou: He's an outstandingly talented rider.

I'm being a bit self-indulgent here,

Yes he is indeed.

The most unasssuming kind of guy...No French arrogance in him. None of his success has gone to his head, which is highly unusual for a French LOL

No, he is not...Amazing... OK was born into horses and so on (the nephew of the French coach, etc...)but he's so hardworking, never stops, loves his horses. Really nice guy. And you're right, how it hasn't gone to his head, I don't know !
