have seen the posts on bog myrtle and don't know why I've not included it before in lfy spary, bog myrtle grows everywhere here and when we ride we often stop to pick some and rub it on us and also pick some to stick in horses bridle, am off to search net to get some as am about to start making Theresa F's famous mixture.
