Boiling teeth?

now im sure youre all thinking what a wierd post

, but just wondering how long to boil teeth for ?

Willow had 4 teeth (2 wolf and 2 front caps) removed last week and ive only just got round to getting them boiled to removed all the bits of flesh on them before it totally rots in the jar.

So any guestimates on time?

lol, seem i think everyone thinks im wierd now lol, first i have 24 pairs of jods and then i boil horse teeth - doesnt everyone keep their babies teeth?

oh dear god!

Cant you bury them and then dig them up at end of summer? bugs will eat the flesh!

is it that shameful? it was my vet and EDT that told me to do it so to preserve the teeth.

lol....i have one of my babies caps and his wolf tooth....had 1 twelve yrs and the other 10yrs

,washed them in water,dried with a towel and they look now like they did the day they were taken out

ive got 3 molar caps off my other baby from 4 years ago and somewhere ive got a fractured tooth from another of my mares, so thought it would be nice to keep this babies teeth as well.
the other caps and the fractured tooth didnt have any flesh on them thats why im wondering how long to boil them for

. oh well theyve been on the hob for a while, and thank god they dont smell.................yet lol
