MrsMozart
Just passing through...
Today she was again a star
. The bit and noseband results were not a flash in the pan
.
I had a sleepless night stressing about what I would do next if it was a bad session, but 'twas all for nought
She did have a bit of a hissy fit going into canter, so I hopped off and threw D1 on to see from the ground and to see if it was me. The hissy continued. So I threw D1 off again, got on and she was again a star
. Got D1 back on, and still, a star
But, there was still 'something' (overbent at times still, and not always so quick off the leg as she usually is these days), so I awaited the physio's report with interest!
Spoke to him about an hour ago. She's fine through her back, but he is the thorough sort and always starts off with the mouth (asks loads of questions and gives loads of answers
).
There is something going on with or near her left near upper pre-molars. He looked as much as he could, but he didn't have a gag and he's not a dentist or a vet; he told me to call mine, so Mary-Kate (dentist) is coming out today if she can, if not it will be Monday. I've sent a text to my vet (in case there is an infection brewing) and await her response.
So, that's back, teeth, saddler - again to all of them in the space of two months! Flipping hoss lol. It's a good job I love her (I'd pay out anyway, but loving her means it doesn't hurt quite so much lol). Saddler is next Tuesday (makes mental note to work from home that day!). Hopefully, after that, Dizzy will be one comfortable and happy horse
*Wanders off grinning happily, and wondering how many different ways one can prepare beans on toast...*
