Hi All,
i am looking to buy a mother/daughter share in the spring and have been advised, due to my height (5ft10) and weight (too much) to look for something over 16hh, cobby/ID type. I have also been told that if i look for something that has a good amount of 'bone' then i could look at something smaller? maybe 15.2hh? ....Can someone please explain to me what this means and how it can influence the size of horse i can buy? Also if anyone has got a horse of this type i would be interested to know how tall you are etc....
Please note that my daughter, although a nervous novice, has been and is comfortable riding, bigger horses as thats all she's known
thank you
