Im interested to know what boots people use on their horses for jumping.

I have just started jumping my boy, he is a 5 year old, and people have ben very quick to give their opinions on what boots i should be using.

At the moment he is doing small cross poles and I use open fronted tendon boots

Vented, shaped correctly, only two straps, elasticated, hard shell and open at front.

Currently I use Le Mieux though I do like the look of the new tendon boots by the ice wraps lady.

The only peoples whose opinions I care about are ones I either pay for, I ask for or who pay towards the horse. Don’t bother giving headspace to anyone else.

Agree with everything LEC has said - I usually go for vented boots to try and help keep the legs cooler and then also a hard shell and open fronted tendon boots.
