I compete regularly in Dressage but am really struggling to find boots to fit. I'm 6 foot tall and so I need them long and wide which is proving impossible! Have tried the "wide calf" version of mark todd ariat etc but they are not wide enough. Any recommendations for smart show boots that come in very wide and long and actually look nice are very welcome, help!!!!

Have you had a look at the Norfolk boot (I think by Shires)? They come in lots of different width and length fittings and are smart for competition. They are the only smart ones that I could get to fit (short and wide rather than tall and wide) other than the mountain horse, which are my everyday boots.

Equitector boots come in all sizes and there is a made to measure service if all else fails. They look lovely but you do need a fairly big budget so I've never actually owned any.

ive got some toggi bootsfor shows which are very wide and look smart. my daily boots are mountain horse high rider, very comfy and come in different widths, may not be smart enough if you are competing seriously as they are quite chunky.
