Doing a small (only 2'6) x-country competition this weekend... want my horses legs to be safe and sound, seeing as he's so lanky it'd be just my luck he'll do something to them
Boots? (type?)
Bandages?
What'd be better? Course is only short, 1.5 miles, no water or anything drastic, I just want him to be comfortable and preferably come home with 4 legs still attached... also, can't really afford to spend a small fortune on boots! Do plan on doing more X-country eventually, but this is really just a 'trial run' so to speak... heheh.
