Boots??

Hi Vislak sorry only getting around to updating now. We had some bad news today. His kidneys packed it in again today after coming off the IV yesterday and he had to go back onto his drip. He is very ill but still picking at food and drinking. I went to visit him and after alot of discussion with the vet we are giving it till tomorrow on the grounds that he is in no pain. We are very much wishing for a miracle though;-( I am heartbroken already and was nearly going to let him go to sleep today but I would rather have another 24hours of anguish if it gives him one last chance. He had been bouncing around yesterday and earlier this morning but is getting tired easily which is to be expected. I am scared as to what tomorrow may bring but maybe we can have a small little miracle

:( I'm so sorry, that was not what I wanted to be reading.
I will keep everything crossed here for a miracle for you and Boots. xxxxxxx

Thank you so much that really means alot. I washed his blanket that came with him when I rehomed him....he was actually born onto it... and wrapped it around me on the drive to the vets so at least he is comfy and the vets smells like home.

Aw I did this for Miley too, I took his blankey and 'babbit' in when he was in a coma so when he woke up it wasnt so strange....he promptly peed on it when they took his catheter out and then when I went to visit a nurse brought it in as they had washed it and (all sleepy and spaced out from 4 days of heavy sedation) he gave her the best death stare ever because he didnt know where he was or who she was but she appeared to be in possession of his belongings! He snatched them off her and buried them at the back of the cage giving her a dead suspicious look! Had us all in fits!
Hes comfy and in the best place hun. And I'm sure he knows how loved he is. xxx
