Boots?

Hello,
A friend told me i should get some general all round leg boots for my pony for general riding like hacking and jumping. However there are soo many on the market that are shock proof, protect splints and tendons i just dont know which is best. Also some one told me that tendon boots can damage the horses tendons, is ths true? Does any one know an all round good boot that protects everything but dosent harm the horses tendons etc? Thankyou

I just use woof wear club brushing boots for general riding. What do you do with you pony and how big is it?

Like kirstyfk, I use Woof Wear ones for general day-to-day use. They last ages and aren't expensive. I have some double closure ones which have lasted about 10 years and still going strong!

Never heard of tendon boots damaging their tendons?! I use tendon boots for SJ and XC boots for XC and never had any probs.

She is a fine welsh d and we do alot of hacking on the roads and a little bit of jumping as im still teaching her it.
