In the summer my instructor said my pelvis looked a bit wonky and so I went to a chiropractor and was told that I had a rotated pelvis. I went to the chiropractors quite a few times and everything was level at the end of October but when I went back last week I was wonky again. I dont know why my pelvis was twisted in the first place and I dont know how long it was twisted before I found out. I guess all my muscles have probably developed in an uneven way and this probably doesnt help it to stay in the proper alignment.
I am considering going to a Bowen therapist to see if they can help me to straighten out and maybe suggest what I am doing (if anything) to retwist my pelvis. Has anyone ever seen a Bowen therapist or know of anyone that has? Can anyone suggest anything else that might help?
(I worry that this is all a bit extravagant for someone who only has one riding lesson a week but nevermind!
