Box in electricity in stable?

My stable has a consumer box and electricity meter actually within the stable. I’m not sure what to do about this as I will need to access it at some point so can’t fully box it in (the switches are for the stable lights). Any ideas for how to make this safe but still accessible?

Build a cuboard with a door around it which you can open and close to get access.

Get a flat pack kitchen cupboard from local outlet, put it together without the back on and fix to wall over the top. Secure a bolt to the door/doors.

Can you get it moved to the tack room? (I couldn't have a cupboard in the stable, one would almost certainly find some way of causing an expensive injury on it, one would "play" with it, one would lean on it and squash it!)

I would move the light switches and box the rest into a very solid cupboard, probably the entire length of the wall to avoid any corners.
